This composition was written for The Premiere Brass Quintet who gave the first performance and also recorded it.
The Fine Arts Brass Quintet performed the work in the Stratford Upon Avon Music Festival.
The three movements are: 1. The Village Awakes. 2, By the Brook 3. Miss McReedy’s Bicycle Ride.
Hear the ducks quacking in ‘By the Brook’, and a bicycle bell is a must for the last movement!
